Strengthening Entrepreneurial Skills for Refugees and Host Communities in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei settlement, Turkana County

The objective of the project is to empower and strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in both refugee and host communities in Turkana County. The project aims to enhance the income performance of these MSEs and increase their chances of employment opportunities, through provision of technical support, coaching, and entrepreneurship, business and financial training to MSE owners. The support offered is tailored to meet the specific needs of the local market, providing a holistic approach to entrepreneurship development.

By strengthening the entrepreneurial skills of MSE owners, the project aims to foster economic growth, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the overall development and prosperity of both refugee and host communities.
