Pamoja for Transformation (P4T) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bondo Technical Training Institute (BTTI), marking a significant milestone in the "Promotion of Youth and Women Employment in Renewable Energy and E-Mobility" project.

This transformative initiative, implemented in collaboration with GIZ and the WTS Foundation, aims to equip 800 trainees across five Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions with cutting-edge skills in renewable energy technologies.

The partnership with Bondo Technical Training Institute will specifically target 150 youth and women for comprehensive training in Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installation, opening pathways to sustainable employment in Kenya's rapidly growing green economy.

The collaboration with Bondo Technical Training Institute represents a strategic alignment of resources, expertise, and shared commitment to:

  1. Quality Technical Training: Leveraging BTTI's established infrastructure and experienced trainers

  2. Industry-Relevant Curriculum: Ensuring trainees acquire practical, marketable skills
