We’re delighted to announce the official signing of our Partnership Agreement with Rift valley National Polytechnic under the "Improving the Promotion of Youth and Women Employment in Renewable Energy and E-Mobility in Kenya" project.

This transformative initiative aims to empower Kenya’s youth and women with skills and opportunities in the fast-growing renewable energy and e-mobility sectors. The project is implemented in partnership with GIZ-WE4D and in collaboration with WTS-Foundation,
Here’s what’s next:
Pamoja will facilitate training for up to 160 trainees in Solar PV Installer II, equipping them with hands-on expertise to thrive in Kenya’s green energy revolution.
P4T and RVNP will support a mentorship program within the institution and the renewable energy industry
Upon graduation, trainees will be assessed by NITA (National Industrial Training Authority) and EPRA (Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority) for certification and industry licensing respectively to ensure they fulfil high standards for employment and entrepreneurship.
This partnership is a giant leap toward sustainable livelihoods, gender inclusivity, and a cleaner future for Kenya.
Join us as we shape the future of renewable energy in Kenya and enable young people to access and create jobs!
